Requests added to the feature class are collected through the Brazoria County Mosquito Control application (http://gis.ljaengineering.com/brazoria-mosquito) using a publicly accessible form or through the same application by County staff answering public phone call requests.Requests are assigned a `CallDate`, `PageName`, and `PageId` when submitted.`CompletedDate` and `CompletedSprayId` are filled by the web application when a driver enters a spray log for a spray that occured in the same Page as the request. These requests, with `CompletedDate`, are referred to as "Aged".The `SpecialDate` field marks a specific date requested to perform the spraying. Requests with a `SpecialDate` are listed individually in spray instruction reports for drivers to address specifically.The `SpecialInstructions` field should be used to note any special spray instructions by the public requestor, including "Back into driveway".
